When Megan reached out to us about photographing her and her husband, Evan, we we thrilled! Not only is it an honor to be trusted to photograph another photographer, but we absolutely love Megan’s work! Megan is also local to the triangle and she is an amazing photographer (Megan Kerns Photography), so we jumped at the chance to do a photo swap with her.

We scheduled their shoot for late October, so we could get as many colorful leaves as possible. The week of the shoot we got so much rain that our original location was unusable, but it all worked out in the end because the back up turned out even more beautiful than the original location! Megan wore the most perfect dress that could not have matched the fall foliage any better. We had the river to ourselves, and had such a great time laughing with these two!
